Circa 1906. Built at the turn-of-the-century in what is known as the Garden District, this Tudor-style cottage offers a relaxing retreat for guests traveling for business or pleasure. The inn's 12-foot ceilings and fireplace greet visitors upon arrival. All rooms are furnished in heirlooms and antiques to enhance the inn's original architectural character. Some rooms boast fireplaces. The main house guest rooms feature four-poster beds and some have clawfoot tubs. The cottage offers the convenience of a complete kitchen and extra sleeping accommodations. Guests can relax on the shady front porch or enjoy a dip in the backyard pool. A wonderful Southern-style full breakfast is served daily. Located in the historic district, the inn is close to shops, restaurants, antiques and parks.
